Looking for some ideas for summer activities with/and for your pup this summer? Here are 5 quick and great ideas for you and your little furry one to try:
- Beach visit – This is the perfect time to take your pup to the beach. There are a ton of activities for them to do including running and exploring in the sand, playing with a ball or frisbee to even jumping into the ocean for a fun swim (just remember to bring their life jacket).
- Camping – Go camping! There are plenty of dog-friendly cabins and campsites. From exploring the outdoors, fishing by the lake, hanging out by the campfire, going for a hike and more!3)
- Pool/Sprinkler in your backyard – Set up a small pool or sprinkler in your backyard for your pups. It is both fun and a great way to keep them cool!4)
- Dog-friendly patio/picnic – Now is the best time to go visit a dog-friendly patio or go for a picnic with your dog (just make sure your dog is comfortable with other people and dogs).5)
- Dog Park – Go visit one of the off-leash dog parks in your community. It will allow your pup to run freely through the park and interact and play with the other pups.
